The HOLIDAYS are coming!  So get ready NOW!
Now is the time to PLAN for a healthy holiday season. Don't WAIT until January 1.

NO PLAN IS A PLAN TO DISASTER!

Nutrition:
1.    Eat in moderation.  Walk away from the table BEFORE you are full.
2.    Veggies Eat them! They are great for you. They have lots of vitamins.
3.    Beverages -
a.    Drink plenty of water 
b.    No more than 2 cups of coffee per day
c.    NO BEER!
d.    Two glasses of RED wine whenever the meal justifies it.

Exercise:
4.  At least 3 days a week.  Include cardio, strength, and stretching.

Rest:
5.  A good night's sleep EVERY night: 6 - 8 hours
