Next time you drink your morning coffee:











1. You don’t NEED more than 2 cups.

2. By switching to SKIM milk from whole milk and using only ONE ounce of milk per cup you save 8 calories per cup.

3. Cut your sugar to ONE teaspoon. (Each teaspoon has 15 calories.) If
you are now using two, that’s 15 calories per cup.


the simple math:
23 calories per cup ** 2 cups a day ** 365 days a year =
4.79 pounds




Again,

a. Coffee – 2 cups a day

b. ONE ounce of SKIM milk

c. ONE teaspoon SUGAR



GET RID of 4.79 pounds!
